- Selected international locations (based on availability and import/export regulations)
2. Dispatch Time
- All standard machines are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation and advance payment.
- For customized or made-to-order machines, the dispatch time will vary based on production requirements and will be communicated at the time of order.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly mentioned.
- Charges will be calculated based on machine size, weight, and destination, and will be added to the invoice.
- For bulk orders, shipping discounts may be applicable.
4. Mode of Transport
- By road or freight for pan-India deliveries
- By air or sea cargo for international shipments
5. Tracking & Delivery
- Once the machine is dispatched, tracking details or LR copy will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
- Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to transport, customs, or natural factors are beyond our control.
6. Inspection on Delivery
- Please inspect the machine and packaging at the time of delivery.
- In case of visible damage or tampering, notify the logistics partner immediately and inform our support team within 24 hours.
