Welcome to All India Packing Machines, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging machinery and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products—custom-built industrial machines—our return and refund policies are governed by the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return
- The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival.
- You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or made-to-order machines
- Items damaged due to mishandling or installation error at the client’s site
- Products used or altered by the customer
- Spare parts and consumables
3. Return Process
- Email us at info@allindiapackingmachines.com with your invoice number and reason for return.
- Attach photos/videos of the defect or issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 3 working days.
- If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
- In some cases, refunds may be provided in the form of store credit or adjusted against future orders.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
